What payment types do you accept?
We accept:
Paypal: for Credit/Debit card transactions.
You do not need a Paypal account to use this facility, as Paypal gives you the option to pay without signing up to them. When you are taken through to the Paypal site just click on the link on the left side that says: 'Don't have a PayPal account?'
(Please note that Paypal can be tempermental on authorising large payments, normally above £100/£200 - For larger amounts we recommend cheques)
Cheque/Postal Order: On completion of your order, please make cheque/PO out to 'Anna Bravington' and send to: 25 Salters Road, London. E17 3PQ
Will the watermark be on my photographs?
No. The watermark is only on the website to avoid images being taken, they will not be on your final image or gift.
The images on the site look a little fuzzy/pixelated, will my prints be like this?
No. Images on the site are compressed so that you can view them quickly. The photographs and gifts are printed from high resolution files.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund unless an item is faulty. This is because prints and gifts are custom made for customers. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
How long will it take for items to arrive?
Prints & Canvas: We like to post these within 14 days of your order.
At busy times of year waiting times may be slightly longer due to slower post and the print labs are busier, but we always try to get images out to you as soon as possible.
For very large, custom canvas' we personally deliver them to you or you can collect.
Gifts: Most gifts are posted within 14 days, but some have longer manufacturing times and may take up to 21 days. Please ask if you need to know the delivery time of a specific product.
Framed Prints: We like to deliver framed prints within 14 days. Framed prints are delivered by hand, or you can collect them from our studio
If you are collecting your items, the waiting time will be less than if we are posting them.
